Arthos (Ched): My Friends, be worthy of our noble name, worthily borne by our ancestors. Remember it’s by courage, and courage alone, that a nobleman makes his way nowadays. Don’t be afraid of opportunities, and seek out adventures. My Friends, all I have to give you is the advice you’ve just heard. Make the most of these gifts, and have a long, happy life.

Armis (Sudario): Ah, to be a Musketeer. What a life! To fight, to drink, and to make love. No wonder everyone wants to join us. The Three Musketeers!

Prothos (Mitra): We are famous. We are revered and feared by many criminals.

Armis (Sudario): We drink the best wine, the women adore us and we can always provoke a fight when things get dull.

Arthos (Ched): We’re also the protector of his Majesty the King and the Queen. We lived to protect them with our lives, But now…

Prothos (Mitra): What’s the matter Arthos? Is something bothering you?

Arthos (Ched): Haven’t you heard the news?

Armis (Sudario): What news?

Arthos (Ched): The news about the Queen’s Necklace.

Armis (Sudario): Why? What happened?

Arthos (Ched): The Queen’s necklace has been stolen!

Prothos (Mitra): What! How?

Arthos (Ched): I have no idea, but I’ve heard that the Cardinal has been telling everyone that we’re the ones who stole the necklace.

Armis (Sudario): Well, I guess the Cardinal really hate’s us. He’s very desperate to get rid of us.

Prothos (Mitra): He has his reason for hating us. We rejected his offer of lending our service to him. He’s also jealous because we’re the King’s favorites

Armis (Sudario): Most of the people don’t trust us anymore, and it’s all because of his stupid lie.

Arthos (Ched): All falsehood is a mask; and however well made the mask may be, with a little attention we may always succeed in
