Persuasive Essay on Indifference

You are to write a 3 page double-spaced essay on indifference. The point of your essay is how indifference affects our lives, personally, locally and globally, and how and why we should stop indifference. Ensure you include a definition of indifference in your introduction in order to properly explain why it is a problem. You are to use Elie Wiesel’s speech, “The Perils of Indifference,” as a source to guide your ideas. You must pay specific attention to the last line of his speech and comment on it: “And together we walk towards the new millennium, carried by profound fear and extraordinary hope” (Wiesel 4).
