We have all responsibilities to make sure, that America is an effective country with good education opportunities. The governments’ responsibilities are to set the high standards and supporting good schools. Make sure that everybody has a chance to get a good education. The teachers’ responsibilities are to inspire the students and push them to learn. Give them a good knowledge they need. The Parents’ responsibilities are to make sure, that the students stay on track and get the homework done. Finally the
Students’ responsibilities are simply to put in the hard works it takes. It is not always easy to do well in school. All that challenge and problems many already have in advance. All that can make hard to focus on the school, but there Is no excuse for not trying. All have something they are good at, but you don’t know it, if you don’t try. Many people also get the sense that you can be rich and success without any hard work. That is not right, and the truth of success is simply hard work. Some of the most successful people in the world are the ones, who had most failures. They worked hard and never quit. The failures only make you stronger and teach you how not to do. No one bourns being good, you become good trough hard work.

You will need a education for almost any carries and jobs. You cannot drop out of school and just drop in to a good job. You got to work hard and learn for it. What you learn in school will be helpful for the challenges in the future. For example will you need the knowledge you learn in schools from science and math, to cure diseases like cancer and aids. If you want to a doctor you can, or if you want to be a policeman, it is no problem. It’s simply requires the education and hard work. You right your own destiny and you make your own future.

America need every single of its people to development the talents and skills, so the people can help each other and the nation. If you quit your school, you’re not only quitted on yourself, but on the country too.

The American education has long been an embarrassment as well as a threat to the nation’s future. There are hardly need for some changes in the American education system and in the last decade is an assumption solution in progress. It is the so-called Charter schools.

Charter schools are independent public schools, who allowed freedom to be more innovative, while being held accountable for improved student achievement. Charter Schools make partnerships between parents, teachers and students so parents can be more involved, teachers are given the freedom to innovate and students are provided a good structure. These 3 areas are accountable for improved student achievement.
In Oakland There are 33 charter schools education 8000 students, which is 17% of the students in Oakland. The achievement in these Charter schools in Oakland has been very good.
In 7 other charter schools in Chicago the graduation rate is 95% and 85% of the graduates go on to college.
In Chicago there are also there 2 public high schools, where the graduation rate is 67 and 50% and fewer than 12% of these students meet even basic academic standards.
These Charter schools seem to be gets better results than the normal public schools. So the question is, is these Charter schools the real solution. Maybe it is the freedom and accountability, which publics schools don’t have, that make the different.
