Even though being too friendly isn't always good, because fear is within the community with the gangs and turf wars because of people being territorial, and walking on side walks. Unfamiliar people in new places can cause neighbors to become suspicious and worried that someone new is coming into their community. Suburban areas are more likely to have rapes, muggings and beatings only because they are so quiet the neighbors may not look out for one another. Its always good to be on streets where it’s a community. The suburban communities may seem like a community but some don’t even come out their homes so your more than likely to get hurt on those streets.
