The Value Of A Christian Worldview

Worldview is the way we view the world. Christians should view the world with a Christian mindset with biblical foundations. A house is not going to be house without the framework, the structure which supports the walls. Therefore, the foundational absolute truths we build our view of the world is on our worldview. Moreover, it is where we can nail our judgments about how we view people, God, Christianity, and faith. God spoke (Genesis 1:3) and the world and everything in it came into existence. Just as God created us to be more like him, consequently he created us in his image he formed us from the clay of the ground and out of the man he created women (Genesis 2:7). Humans have dominion over animals, therefore humans are more important (Genius 1:26). We did not come from animals or evolve. God created us separately. He saved the best creation for last. He created animals, then, he created humans. He told Adam to name all the animals (Genius 2:20). That must have been a long, hard, and fun job. Furthermore, God wants us to take care of his creation. He also wants us to use it not abuse it. That means it is okay to eat animals, but we should not abuse them. We should not be greedy. God gave us cows, chickens etc. so that we may use
God created us to be followers of him; to serve him; fellowship with him; and worship Him. We were formed by God in our mother’s womb to do His works. As a matter of fact, God has a plan for each one of us (Jerimiah 29:11). God has given us gifts of the spirit. Everyone has their own special gift. Each of the gifts are to help people grow and mature in their Christianity as well as contributing service to the church. Without God’s direction, there are no absolutes to support our moral code. We should follow God’s commandments. When we break one of the commandments or do something wrong, we should ask God for forgiveness. God says that he is faithful and just to forgive (1 John 1:9). In doing this, we should also forgive others who have wronged us. God tells us to love your neighbor as you love yourselves (Mark 12:31). We should show every person God’s grace and forgiveness. Every person is God’s special creation. We need to know and understand that there is an absolute truth or that God’s laws are absolute. Some believe abortion is okay if the women were raped, or something is wrong with the baby or the mother. God commands that we should not murder (Exodus 20:13). Abortion is killing a life that God created. A life that could save other people’s lives, because God has a purpose for each one of us. Our eternal destiny is determined by our response to God’s plan of salvation from sin. Death always brings sorrow. But,
