'The Year Of The MOOC' By Laura Papano Analysis
In the article, “The Year of the MOOC”,Laura Pappano states that “The MOOC on the other hand, is usually free, credit-less and well, massive.” “Because anyone with an Internet connection can enroll.”
Gregory is the best candidate for taking MOOCs because he is determined, shy, and helpful, in which theses traits will help him to succeed in MOOCs and in all his classes he would take. Gregory is the best candidate to take MOOCs because he is determined. I know this because Gregory mentions “I refuse to give up before I attain this dream."(Gregory 15) In "The Year of the MOOC" it mentioned that “Some students are also ill prepared for the university-level work and few stick with it."(Pappano 34) What this means is Gregory will never give up until
he reaches his goal.
In addition, Gregory is the best candidate to take MOOCs because he is very shy.
