The scene opens with Adam awakening in a tree with partially broken ribs and a dislocated knee. Though he is concerned about Eve and her whereabouts he reaches the conclusión that he will be incapable of doing anything with his multiple fractures, he realices he must get to Albert so that he can help him with his current physical state.-

Adam: (As he looks down the tree feeling worried) I need to get to Eve,but I need to get down from here first.
(Then he procedes to climb down the tree, a task much more easier said than done. The sound of his cracked ribs sliding against eachother in an unsymmetrical format being drowned out by his screams of anguish and absolute pain, nonetheless and despite all odds he made it out of the tree and began

(Meanwhile at up above, Eve was taken into police custody not for long though, the charges where droped about three hours after she arrived at the policed station, she knew that would happen since Adam had the final ingredient to complete many projects that Transworld had been planing including the makeup that was currently anounced for the people up above. She was taken into the Factory to be questioned about Adam’s current location. Eve thought that Adam was dead and tha’s all she was going to say.)

Lagavullan: (Starting to get angry as he talks to Eve.) Oh really? What makes you think you have a choice? As I see this situation, you are not in prision because of me, and I can keep it that way if you just decide to cooperate with us. Now if you would please tell me, where is that low life from down below?!
Eve: HE’S DEAD! (She cries out as she breaks down into tears.)
Lagavullan: (Doubting her.) That can’t be true! I’ll look for that bastard and I’ll make him tell us where the formula is! You are of no use what so ever! I’ll send you back to prision until I need you again, if I need you again!
Eve: (Desperately begging him not to do as he said.) Please don’t send me back, he needs me!
Lagavullan: (Cold and serious.) It’s too late for this Ms. Moore, Goodbye
(Lagavullan exits the room leaving behind a heart broken Eve, with no future or hope of having anything in her life. As the authorities take her away she remember every single moment of with Adam and her old life in general, because she knows she’s done and that she’ll never get her life back no matter what she says or

    The movie begins with the husband of Eve and herself at Dr. luthers office which her new psychiatrists who she was refereed to by her original doctor. He begins by asking her why she is there and she tells him. She says that she thinks she has a case of amnesia and that she has headaches before it all happens. She claims that she cannot remember anything that happens to her when she gets these “spells”. ( this is what she calls the MPD before she finds out what it really is) Dr. luther asked her what she meant by speels and she claims that she first gets a splitting headache and then she becomes conscious at a later time with no recollection of where she was or what she did between the headache and that point.
