The friendship of Amir and Hassan is a complicated one, however, it goes to show how truly beautiful and strong a true friendship can be. At the beginning of their lives in their hometown of Kabul, Afghanistan, life is good for the two. They get into the typical mischief expected of two relatively unsupervised young boys.
