Honestly The Republic is supposed to be some great icon of society that doesn't mistakes and everything they do is right no matter how cruel it is, but the The Republic isn’t as perfect as they seem. In fact the Republic lied about the plaque they controlled it whenever they wanted someone sick they contaminated the water or the tubes around the sector. The Republic does this so they can acquire more money by making a cure and selling it for qutie a bit of money and they want to kill off some of the people in the poor sectors that they think are useless to the society. In addition the Republic killed innocent people but they kept it secret and low
key. What they do is if the kids taking the trial don’t pass they send them to some other “sector” and in reality they are really killing all the failed students. In fact the Republic kills more than just innocent kids they killed Day and June family, just for the reason most outrageous reason. June brother died cause of orders from commander jameson cause he was too weak and when he died they blame it on Day as a perfect cover up. The morning when June set up Day she was promise no one would get hurt, turn out Day mom died as a innocent citizens but it was alright cause The Republic can get away with crimes likes this by manipulative everyone in the society showing what ever they do is right. In conclusion The Republic is all a lie and everything they do is show for the society trying to show who they really are which are who the real cimral are.
