The objective of this article is to elucidate the therapeutic encounter with a therapist for neck and back massage. In addition the front desk, the waiting area and the rooms needs to be clean and organized.

Also I observed that massage therapists were at the appointed time compared to many other healthcare providers and followed their schedule very efficiently. If and when there was a delay the front office informed the patients.

The therapist assessed my expectation before we begin the therapy session and make sure that I am satisfied with treatment. Moreover she was very vocal in every step throughout the session and she was able to build a good therapeutic relationship with patients and that made me arrange the next appointment with

In the medical billing process, there are significant and mandatory steps that healthcare workers need to do. Preregister patients are the first step, and this contains two major duties. The first duty is to schedule appointments because the patients need to have a time and date to see the physician, plus to update appointments. We communicated appropriately during treatment session and made sure that we were not taking at the same time. I feel like the treatment was equally divided when it came to deciding what intervention to do and also instructing the patient on the exercise. I however feel like my partner did most of the talking, educating the patient on the importance of therapy and also answering the patient’s questions.…
