I. INTRODUCTION II. BACKGROUND OF THE STORY a. Narrative b. Process Flow i. The flow of the Tipness Gym which is in registering the customers who work out in their facility. They are using logbook for registration which is no proper security for their records, the customers just logging in writing their names and logged in time. The proposed system is having a biometric scanner which can be easily identify a customer by using fingerprint if he/she was a member. This also goes the same for the user of the program, it can be identify if he/she is a owner or a clerk of the gym.
c. Problem and Limitation of the current system ii. It's not possible to open any business without incurring risks, Tipness Gym had problems when it terms of socialization and we also have a risk plan in place that details the steps you plan to take to minimize risks. The problem of Tipness Gym is the recording of logged members in the log book, it is not sufficient to only just have a log book, we come up in this system because Tipness Gym haven’t had any system like recording and storing data in a database. iii. Storing database in a more decent and simpler way of a system makes the business upgrade in some ways, especially if they want to upgrade their system with our proposed system. And that is the reason why the system is really needed, storing/saving data of the Gym is the second problem of the gym. d. Scope and Constraints iv. CONSTRAINTS * The owner must know what to do in the business and also for the created proposed system by the developers of the company, they will use it for registering employees and that is the time the system will work when adding, editing, updating and deleting data customer’s information has been inputted. The customer has no capability of deleting their own accounts, admins are responsibility for this matter
