Chapter I
Customer Satisfaction of Mang Inasal - Walter Mart Real Branch

Introduction

Most anyone will agree that customer service is one of the most important parts of your company's overall strategy to conducting business. Without customers you really don't have a business. Every company either has or thinks it has good customer service. However, if certain steps are not taken to ensure this, the reality of their situation is often far worse than their current perceptions. Customer feedback is an excellent way to track and measure your level of service. You should not only benchmark your company against your competition, but also against the goals you set for yourself. Once again, you must remember you are trying to not only meet, but exceed your customer's expectations. Good customer service is the foundation of any business. It provides a platform for continued growth and helps to build your businesses reputation. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won't be profitable for long. Good customer service is also about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for them, in their turn becoming repeat customers. Customer service is important to an organization because it is often the only contact a customer has with a company. Customers are vital to an organization.

As you may have recently seen/heard, the war started and lasted abruptly, the bomb has obliterated the entire city of St. Louis. And I am sure you have heard of the fireman that made our town famous. Yes, the one about Sir Guy Montag, how the “fireman” had to burn his own house down for having books in his home. The rare thing about that incident was what happened after his house was burned. He burned a man and killed the other two firemen. That was the thing that set me slim. The talk in this district is mad. You almost can bet what it’s about. It is either about the fireman who set the world on fire or the bomb that hurt everyone. The survivors are going insane! There is no order in this chaos we call a town! And I, as Captain Beatty’s replacement, have a few simple proposals as in how to restore the peace to this mad house I call home. There will be no more book burnings for this town. Not only will the books be kept safe, but they will be cherished. First off, I am going to make an organization called Books for Homes. Everyone will help restore the homes that were destroyed in the horrible tragedy. Each home and family will have one book. Everyone in the household will remember that one book and have it passed down to their family and so on and so on. Everyone will have a shred of knowledge of the past and will have some type of understanding of the times before. Secondly, there will be a town cleanup for a week. Our town was already dead before the bomb; it passed away from lack of knowledge and the truth. The bomb just got rid of the carcass of the town like a vulture on a dead body. I will help this town resurrect from the ashes of what once was to what it could be. Next everyone in the town will have a food drive to help feed the families that lost everything. This town will make a complete 360 ° flip. Everyone will have to act as one and unit to make the change. It takes one step to cross the…

The Dwarf Cavendish banana (or simply Cavendish banana), is a banana cultivar originally from Vietnam and China. It is one of the most commonly planted banana varieties from the Cavendish group, and is the leading fruit grown in the Philippines. Its prospect in the domestic and foreign markets is promising as demands for fresh and processed products are increasing. According to the National Industry Cluster Capacity Enhancement Project of the Department of Trade and Industry, “The Philippines’ production area of banana ranked as the third largest in the world at 415,000 hectares in 2004 or about 8.5% of the total world area. It ranked second to India which has 680,000 hectares. The country’s production area from 1990 to 2004 was increasing at a rate of 2.2% per year1.” Cavendish banana also comprises 50 % of the 2.21 million metric tons of banana production in the Philippines from October to December of 2012, as declared by the Bureau of Agricultural Statistics2.…

Despite the vast amount of research on leadership, there is still more to be learned. The study of leadership commenced in the late 19th century with the focus on “Great Men” (Bass, 1974). This theory examined the lives of great leaders in history. Primarily these were men, however, some women leaders were included in these studies. Some examples are figures such as Moses, Winston Churchill, Thomas Jefferson and many others who have shaped the course of history for good or evil (1974).…

Reality television is a genre of television programming that presents purportedly unscripted dramatic or humorous situations, documents actual events, and usually features ordinary people instead of professional actors, sometimes in a contest or other situation where a prize is awarded. The genre has existed in some form or another since the early years of television, began in earnest as a television formula in the 1990s, and exploded as a global phenomenon around 1999-2000, via series such as Big Brother and Survivor.…

This study is focused about “Utilization of Turmeric (Curcuma longa) as a Flavoring agent in Gelato”. The researchers find it interesting that to think of a way to make an ordinary flavored gelato be more helpful to people’s eating lifestyle. According to Nasm.org, Turmeric is a spice native to South and Southeast Asia. It has been used for both medicinal and culinary purposes. Foods such as curries, and even American mustard, are typically made with this yellow spice. Interestingly, there is one active ingredient in turmeric that has been shown to possess many potential health benefits that may help increase the quality of life for those with chronic diseases. The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin, which makes up to 5 percent of the spice. Curcumin is a polyphenol with powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Polyphenols have the ability to stabilize free radicals, which can damage the body’s cells. Diets rich in polyphenols can help support brain health and delay cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease. One study conducted with a group of individuals from 60 to 90 years of age demonstrated that those who regularly consumed curry performed higher on cognitive tests as opposed to those who never or rarely ate curry. In India, where turmeric is regularly used in foods, the occurrence of Alzheimer’s disease is one-fourth that of the United States among those in the 70 to 79 year age range. Curcumin also seems to have anti-rheumatic and anti-arthritic effects, possibly through down-regulation of inflammatory cytokines. In other animal studies, curcumin showed a chemo preventive effect in areas such as the colon, stomach, and esophagus. There was also a protective effect against radiation-induced tumors. Curcumin can inhibit tumor cells such as T-cell leukemia, colon carcinoma, and breast carcinoma cells from spreading.…
