METHODOLOGY
Descriptive Design
The researcher used the descriptive design because the study focused on
how the high school students of Palawan Hope Christian School view about
premarital sex.
Descriptive research is defined as a purposive process of gathering, analyzing,
classifying, and tabulating data about prevailing conditions, practices, beliefs,
process, trends, and cause-effect relationships and then making adequate and
accurate interpretation about such date with or without the aid of statistical
methods.
Population
There are ___ high school students in Palawan Hope Christian School. ___
girls, and ___ boys, who were the respondents of this study. There are ___ girls and
___ boys in 1st year __________ & ___ girls and ___ boys in 1st year __________.
___ girls and ___ boys in 2nd year __________ & ___ girls and ___ boys in 2nd year
__________. ___ girls and ___ boys in 3rd year __________ & ___ girls and ___ boys
in 3rd year __________.
Data Gathering
The researcher gathered all the data by reading magazines and newspapers,
surfing the internet, and conducting a survey to all the high school students of
Palawan Hope Christian School using the questionnaire . The researcher gathered all
the data that she found necessary contributed to the study.
Instrument
The researcher used the questionnaire to sum up the individual perception of
all the respondents of the study.
After searching about the topic, the questions were formulated then edited
and finalize the final copy. It was distributed to the students to answer.
Data Gathering Procedure
After producing the copy, a permission was asked from the principal. And after the
approval, a letter was given to the adviser for the time of survey.
