I am very glad to submit the Thesis Paper on ''The Scenario of Electronic Banking Service in Bangladesh: An Analysis on selected Commercial Banks of Bangladesh" which is a part of MBA Program to you for your kind consideration.

I made sincere efforts to study related materials, documents, observe operations performed in Electronic Banking and examine relevant records for preparation of the report. Within the time limit, I have tried my best to compile the pertinent information as comprehensively as possible and if you need any further information, I will be glad to assist you.

I have done my thesis on “Electronic Banking, studied on different banks, books, papers and journals from Internet. I also interviewed people related to the topic. I tried my level best to analyze the information from an impartial view. I was provided necessary supports from related authorities and my beloved university. I strongly believe that this study will enrich my knowledge in the very crucial area of Electronic Banking, which is the most vital element of future banking sector.

The introduction of the electronic banking has improve banking efficiency in rendering services to customer. In line with his study the is to aim at examine the impact of electronic banking system in Nigeria.
