Databases are used for record keeping and tracking of information institutions like colleges or organizations (Coronel & Morris, 2015). In this case, the database will be used to keep track of the students・attendance, performance and the courses they are supposed to be taking. This will help the college analyze how the students perform and which classes they least or most attend. The database will also help the college keep track of all the subjects which the student is taking or is expected to take in during the course. Instructors will also be part of the database. The database will track their performance in various subjects and their attendance in each class. The database will be upgraded at the beginning of every subject where each student will confirm their attendance for the particular subject and whether the instructor is in class as well. After an examination, all the students・performance will be…

Sexual activity among inmates is a complex phenomenon that occurs along a continuum, from the entirely consensual to the violently coerced. The New York Times detailed a gang-run system of sexual slavery in a Texas prison, where at least 1 gay inmate claimed he was bought and sold numerous times and “forced into oral sex and anal sex on a daily basis.”9 Recent federal legislation called for research into the prevalence and patterns of rape and other sexual victimization within correctional facilities to inform policy changes aimed at controlling these abuses.9 A Human Rights Watch report presented accounts of sexual slavery from inmates in Texas, Illinois, Michigan, California, and Arkansas and asserted that sexual victimization threatens inmates’ essential human rights.10…

The United States educational system is preforming poorly compared to the rest of the world: America is ranked 17th in educational performance, 25th in Math, 17th in Science, and 14th in Reading skills. Disabled, minority, and underprivileged children are lacking the adequate resources to succeed in our school system. No Child Left Behind (NCLB) was a revised version of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (EASA) proposed by former President George Bush in 2001. The intent was to reform the educational system so American’s schools could have the opportunity to thrive domestically and internationally, grant children equality of opportunity, and boost students K-12 level of understanding in core subjects, such as science, technology, and math. This initiative sought to improve our lagging educational system in the U.S to inch closer to higher achieving educational standards, such as the United Kingdom. However, No Child Left Act is hindering children’s chance of a “healthy start, a head start, a fair start, a safe start, and a moral start in life,” by amplifying undesired pressure on students through standardized testing, increasing federal jurisdiction within schools, and minimizing the roles of additional core subjects, such as social studies and foreign languages. This…

The Holocaust was the most gruesome and memorable event that has happened in history. More than eleven-million deaths occurred and among that number six-million were Jewish. The prime target, considered not “pure” in Hitler’s eyes. The “master race” or Aryans were considered the “pure” race. That race consists of blonde hair, blue eyed Scandinavian peoples, Danes, Norwegians, Swedish, Dutch, British, and Germanically-related peoples in its hypothetical ranks.Hitler wanted to exterminate everyone who was not of this master race because he thought that Aryans were destined to rule the world and nobody can stand in their way. Any race of group that it was believed would make Germany weak if they continued to live side by side with the perceived perfection of the "The Aryan". Hitler would send the “low ranking” races to concentration camps. Such as Auschwitz Birkenau, the largest camp of them all.The Holocaust was the most gruesome and memorable event that has happened in history. “Data mining is the practice of automatically searching large stores of data to discover patterns and trends that go beyond simple analysis. Data mining uses sophisticated mathematical algorithms to segment the data and evaluate the probability of future events. Data mining is also known as Knowledge Discovery in Data (KDD)” (Oracle, 2008). As stated, data mining is used to help find patterns and relationships stored within large sets of data, these patterns and relationships are then used to provide knowledge and value to the end user. The data can help prove and support earlier predictions usually based on statistics or aid in uncovering new information about products and customers. It is usually used by business intelligence organizations, and financial analysts, but is increasingly being used in the sciences to extract information from the enormous data sets generated by modern experimental and observational methods. Data…
