things to be grateful in life

Things to be grateful in life Life is unpredictable. It takes unexpected turns, and surprises us in every possible way, which is why we have to always support ourselves. We have all heard our parents say that every day is a gift and it is. Therefore, Thanksgiving is the perfect holiday to celebrate life, family, and everything that we are thankful for but do not often say aloud. The things that I’m grateful for are my parents, friends, and mostly having the life that I am living. The first thing that I’m grateful for is my parents. My parents have given me birth because if there was no them, there wouldn’t be no me. Although we often get in each other’s nerves, I would not change a single thing about my parents. They always have been there for me and have given the best advice. They give me food and shelter. They have also taken care of me throughout my life so I’m glad that I have people that love and care for me. Friends are absolutely something to be thankful for. As everyone knows, friendship is one of the most important things to have. If we don’t have friends we would feel incomplete. In our minds, we always need someone to be there. Sometimes we would go crazy if there wasn’t anyone to talk to. Friends always make me laugh. The stories we tell each other always crack us up. Even though we get in fights, I still care for them.
You could say that I am getting the best of life because I can afford many things that some people can’t afford. For instance, I am able to have three meals a day, while some people can’t even afford one. Also that I have a roof over my head and a protective family that cares about my well-being. All of these things and more are the best things that you could have in life. You could wish for more but those things are the necessary ingredients for living a good life. I love thanksgiving because it’s the day when you say what you’re thankful for. Im thankful for friends, parents, and life. My parents are always there for me and so are my friends. My life is great because unlike some people I can afford things.
