My Answers
Bill Gates is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. He is co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Microsoft Corporation - the world’s leading provider of software for personal computer, co-founder of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the biggest charity in the world. He is the world’s third richest person since 2008 (Forbes, 2012) and one of the 100 most influential people in the world (Time Magazine). Bill Gates is the living statue for not only entrepreneur but also everybody in all over the world.
To be a successful entrepreneur, Bill has some special characteristics. Firstly, he has a very broad vision. Since the first day he found out about his future work with computer, Bill has dreamed about “having a personal computer in every desk and Microsoft software for each and every computer”. He built his Empire around this vision and still continues working on it. Secondly, Bill is a person with high passionate. To follow his interest in computer and software, he dared to drop out of studying in Harvard University, a famous university that every single student would have wanted to be part of. His passion is one of the reasons to make him the richest man of the world. Bill is an intelligence person. It helped him to attain top position in the profession he chooses. Furthermore, he is also very intelligence to choose the way and chance to be successes. He knows how to borrow the idea, or even workforce from competitors to perfect his product. The symbolized evidences are MS-DOS and Windows. Bill Gates is not only intelligence but also a hardworking man. In his college days, he used to work all night long on his computer. When Microsoft was started, Bill used to sleep only 6 hours per day without skipping a single day of office. Hard working is one of the major keys for his success. Gates is known as IT architecture, however, his communication skill is also a key to success. He take an important role as a sale man for MS-DOS, and also through communication, he convinced many talents to work for him hardly and faithfully.
Through his success, his characteristics and his generosity, Bill Gates is the greatest entrepreneur, in my opinion
Bill Gates is a Top Managers because he has responsible for the overall direction and operations of an organization. Particularly, he has responsible for setting organizational goals, defining strategies for achieving them, monitoring and implementing the external environment, decision that affect entire organization.

My Answers: i, Organization;
The definition of culture is rich and colorful. It includes literature, art, music, history, or religious beliefs, traditions and customs. And food culture, which is a part of the customs, can reflect a country's culture in a certain sense. We found that as one of the largest food retailers in the world, McDonald's culture reflects the essence of American culture. Bing a miniature of American culture, McDonald's carries with it 3 features, namely, aggressiveness, integration and equality, which are also prominent in the American culture. Tracing back to American history, brave Americans in the creation of innovative and pioneering spirit is embodied in the movement. In addition, the early Americans behind Europe, and they also desire to promote their material wealth to conquer new lands. This is caused by two aggressive American nations. As a big country of immigrants, American culture is a multi-ethnic integration. US history independence revolution in the people for freedom, equality has played an important role. The concept of equality increasingly popular. McDonald's culture is reflected in the concept of equality provided in the garden of the world provide a consistent service. McDonald's in China's development also reflects the fact that more than three features. He opened 3,200 outlets in China and learns Chinese traditional culture and realizing the localization business.

ii, Definition of McDonald's Culture.

What is culture? There are three explanations of culture: 1. The integrated pattern of human knowledge, belief, and behavior that depends upon man's capacity for learning and transmitting knowledge to succeeding generations; 2. The customary beliefs, social forms, and material traits of a racial, religious, or social group; 3. The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes a company or corporation.

Mc Donald's culture is a set of shared attitudes, values goals that characterizes the company. As far as we know, Mc Donald's supplies both fast food and service. When we refer to Mc Donald's culture, we should not only pay attention to the food, but also the wonderful serves. For this reason Mc Donald's make great success both in America and in the foreign counties. We regard Mc Donald's as a symbol of American culture. For Mc Donald's three features also reflect the American culture.
