I agree with this story 100%. Thomas McGarvey was dealt a tough childhood and even blamed God for taking his father in the mining accident. He then took advantage of the opportunity that was given to him, and did something nobody else in his family has even thought about. He continued his education after 8th grade. In my career, I am going to take full advantage of the situations that are present just like McGarvey has. I am currently in the PT program but the first step is exercise science.
