Missions should fit the market environment:
It does not mention in which way they will make the purchasing of Tiger Brands products easier to the consumers, quoted “operating across the globe in several selected emerging territories”. Will the stores be allocated in various malls for consumers to access easily? Will they be selling products online? It’s not quite precise on that information.
Missions should be specific:
It is specific on wanting to be the most admired branded consumer packages, as quoted from the mission statement “most admired”. It does however, not specify what kind of packages, as the term “goods” could mean various things. The mission statement could be vague in this respect because they do not only package one product, as they package various products, such as domestic food, consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals etc.
Missions should be motivating:
