INTRODUCTION In this generation, many students are usually challenged with how to properly manage their own time. Every human being gets 168 hours on one week. No one gets more time and no one gets less time. According to the Forsyth (2010), properly manage time including planning, scheduling and organizing the time in order to achieve a goals and objective. In academic life, a successful time management entails a planning, scheduling and organizing the time to certain academic activities such as reading, revising for examination, doing the assignment or homework, conducting research studies in extracurricular activities and activities such as sport, drama in recreational. Forsyth (2010) defines that the time management is a process which ability to properly plan knowingly the amount of time they spent on various activities in order to promote efficiency and productivity.
A POOR TIME MANAGEMENT It is not easier to manage the time. K Vijayaraghavan (2011) article indicate that the major cause for poor time management is drift and procrastination. This situation were happened because of them without as hurry, frenzy and busy-bee living. Some of them constantly complain there is not enough time to use on their lives.
