Time is very important in teaching for teachers and it should never be underestimated. Kids are perceptive little buggers and if you don't have every aspect of your lesson planned and timed, they will take advantage of that, start playing, and you will lose control of your class. There are many areas where time management for teachers is important, and therefore, being a teacher is not easy because you must have a good timing of your lesson. As a teacher, you must take the hands of the students gently, touches their hearts and open their minds. A teacher is the second parent of the students and it is very important to teach students with love, utmost dedication and commitments. And these things are the ingredients for effective teaching.

Managing a large amount of people is so not easy especially in dealing with kids. They are all diverse that the teacher should make ways on how to handle with these learners. Every student has the right to learn not just through listening but also through learning by doing.
Teachers can also identify and understands those students who are very weak in some areas. Giving courage and positive reinforcement to students can help them gain trust and confidence to their selves. And it is also important that the teacher has a harmonious classroom management where her learners can feel safe and belongingness in the place.
In teaching, one of the most important theories in classroom management is time management. Controlling how much time you spend on various activities, and choosing which activities take priority, is at the heart of effective time management.
Just like in Maslow’s theory, where it focuses on understanding your needs, differentiating them, and setting time limits on getting each done so that you do not encroach on other essential areas of your life.
In my observation, the teacher has an effective time management. She presented to the class an activity that they would work on with a fixed time. She makes sure that her students were conscious about the time that she had given to them. The teacher already makes sure that the time that she had given to her students is just right so that she has more time to discuss and elaborate about the activity. While the students are busy doing their work, the teacher looks after her students. She sees to it that her students work on the activities that she presented. She roams around and assists every student about their work. Learning by doing is another way how the students can learn.
