I agree Dave; I'd be lying if I said I didn't use Google at least once every day! Like me most people probably have the Google search toolbar on their internet browsers, and because of the smartphone, you have access to it pretty much all the time! It’s crazy.

In the second message I displayed good netiquette by first of all thanking the person for their response and input, I also added a Smiley :-) emoticon to show my gratitude. I understood their point made and then based my reply based on their message. I also left the conversation clear and open for anyone else’s perspective. I also made sure I did not use any capital letters, as this would come across as shouting.
