To-Do-Cost-Benefit Analysis

Next is the To-Do List, which is what we call Box 7. The To-Do List is a mixture of tasks that was completed within the event, as well as some of the follow up items that will need to be done in a certain amount of time. We received kudos for our To- Do List since we completed so many tasks on the list while in the event. All action items with a green dot out to the right side of it shows that it was completed within the week time frame. Those without a dot, has a blank space, are the items that the Team Leader (aka me) will have to complete and follow up on by the date given to me. The first column shows What the task is, the next column says Who is responsible to complete the task, the First Date is the date it was delegated, then is the Revised Date, which is for if they could not complete it by the First Date, then the Date Complete. Depending if they finished on time will depend if they have a green dot (finished on time) or a red dot (behind schedule). The last column explains what the green dot means.

One of our final boxes that determine how the area is performing is Box 8, Confirmed State. Box 8 should always equal Box 3,

I can honestly say I was completely out of my element by doing this Residency, but more specifically this event. Even though it was a rough week, I learned so much and was able to apply preexisting knowledge to a new task at hand. At the beginning of the week my whole A3 was completely blank and I had to have someone show me how to pronounce over 50% of the material that I was working with. By the end of the week my A3 was completely filled out, picture below, and I was able to stand up in front of leadership and explain the whole event week with the feedback consistency of this being recorded as one of the best events that we have
