Everyday, schools require students to read. Mostly with a goal system or a treat in return for reading. So no matter what, unless you can’t get an education, you’ve most likely read a book before. But an important question brought up between people is “can reading change someone?”. My answer to this question is “well, probably not instantly”. While reading most likely will not change a person, reading select books can influence some of the reader’s actions and beliefs.
In my opinion, a book can’t remake a person(for better or for worse).
