(U) The rank structure for the North Koreans are pretty similar to that of the US. It contains its lower members, like our privates, its NCO’s, as well as its officers. We can assume that the way their military operates would be the same based on the fact that their rank structure is very similar to ours. A few differences may include some responsibilities each position may hold, but overall, the structure is the same.
(U) To know the capabilities of the North Korean military, you first have to know what drives the military.
