WW2 was the byproduct of the Treaty of Versailles since the Treaty had absolutely ruined the German’s military power, economy, and pride. What is the Treaty of Versailles? The Treaty of Versailles is the after-war clause, it was a forced blame on Germany for them causing the most damage during the war. The clause was made by the four commanding and most influential countries leaders, USA, Italy, France, and Britain. Most of the four leaders had the same opinion, that being that they wanted something in return. Woodrow Wilson, the leader of the USA, wanted some money but not too much to financially cripple them, due to the USA keeping the Germany trade line up and operational.
Georges Clemenceau, the president of France, wanted to screw over Germany the most out of any country, due to how Germany had cost them millions of dollars, lots of French people and lots of land. Lloyd George the leader of Britten, wanted to make sure Britten got a fair share of Germany’s colonies and that Germany’s Navie forces would be reduced due to their colonies having lots of Navie power and being near Britten, Britten also demanded more due to the British people demanding the governor to be harsher and wanting more things that would benefit the people. Emanuele Orlando, the leader of Italy, wanted the repetition of Germany basically to take money and give and in return give them assistance, they also wanted the Austrian country of Troyl that was on the border of Italy land. Orlando also wanted a place in the League of Nations if Americas plan came to fruition. Other than that, Orlando was on rather good terms with the other leader’s proposals and demands. In short, they were forced to give up lots of land, money, and military
