Some people say that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. Other people believe that students spend the whole day on academic studies. Which opinion do you agree with? Give specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Today we are live in a world when millions of people attend schools every day. They plan to get knowledge required for their successful carrier. Some hold the opinion that schools should be concentrated on academic studies, while the others accent that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. Personally, I agree with the last opinion and want to bring a list reasons why I think physical exercises should be organized on everyday basis.

First and foremost, Exercises help us to relax and reduce amount of stress that is thrown down on us every day. Not all the parents devote sport enough attention. Many of them prefer that their children study music and art. Besides, school day is very long and plenty of homework every day does not give children opportunity to do any exercises. One can tell that there are brakes between lessons, when children can run a little, but many students continue to sit and read books or play table games. They need to be organized to take part in sports. Therefore, school is the only place for many students where they can get any physical activities and they need to be organized if the form of lessons.

Second, sport plays a main role in supporting human’s health. Lack of fresh air, when children sit in classes for hours and breath of millions of bacteria cannot give any good, but flu. It is a pity to observe how children, whose nature is to run and jump around, sit at their tables, bending their backs. Their internal organs stay in the irregular position for a long time what is caused bad work of digestive system and gastritis. We should not forget that in our society appearance has an important role in success. We should not forget about obesity, which is become
