When I was child, I seldom went to many places that are far from my hometown. I always thought that all cities liked my hometown, DaLat City. However, when the first time I came to Ho Chi Minh City, I knew I was wrong. Unlike my thought, Ho Chi Minh City is very different from DaLat City about weather, transport and lifestyle.
A remarkable dissimilarity is weather. Ho Chi Minh City’s weather is very hot. Temperature is usually 32-35 degree Celsius. Most houses there have two or three pan, which work over day and night. If you come to Ho Chi Minh City the first time, you are very difficult to get used to this weather. Contrary to the weather of Ho Chi Minh City, DaLat City’s weather is not too hot and not too cool; temperature is 22-25 degree Celsius.
Transport is a noticeable difference between Ho Chi Minh City and DaLat City. Traffic lights are very important on the street in Ho Chi Minh City. Special, traffic jam usually happens in the rush hour. In the contrast, you need not to attend to traffic lights on the street because there are not the traffic lights in DaLat City. One important thing is you rarely caught in the rush hour traffic.
The last disparity between two cities is the lifestyle of the citizen. Citizen in Ho Chi Minh City essential are worker so their standard life is higher than people in DaLat City are. For example, Citizen in Ho Chi Minh City usually requests a full meal is nutritious. Beside, the way people the dress is very modern like miniskirt, shorts, dress. On the other hand, DaLat citizens are peasants, their life will be simple and they do not expect a lot. They can eat the meal is not too fussy. Moreover, they also wear simple clothes and wear coat during a day.
Although Ho Chi Minh City is far 300km from DaLat City, there are three unique differences in weather, transport and lifestyle. As being a big city with many interested things but I like living in my hometown more. If you want find the place in which is quite and peaceful, you should come to DaLat City.

From city to city, cultures, environments, and beliefs vary immensely. A city means more than simply “a large town.” For example, my own home of Dallastown, Pennsylvania differs drastically from the much larger city of Philadelphia. Where I grew up, the white population is the overwhelming majority; Philadelphia obviously differs in this category. Cities provide a haven of interesting people from conflicting ideologies, color, and financial statuses. My home’s landscape is regularly hilly and forested, whereas Philadelphia is full of skyscrapers, streets, and city-lights. Every town and city is unique in their own sense; landmarks, culture, music, and even transportation define what that place might stand for, or signify. I’ve visited numerous…

I found it to be really interesting that I got to create a video on a solider. I liked how I got to put what I found and researched into the video. Some people have asked the question of whether or not the Vietnam could have been won. One answer is yes, it could have been won if it wasn’t for the defeatism and protestors swaying us from our course of action. One way in which the United States could have ended up winning this war is we could have invaded and taken over North Vietnam and ended it as a nation state and military power. This would have then ended its ability to aid South Vietnam. However, there is controversy towards this plan because it many soldiers would have died during its execution. But, some may think that it would’ve been worth it because a democratic government would have been created in Vietnam. All we needed was the national willpower to carry out the plan. Instead of the Vietnam War being known as a war of defeat, it could have carried on a legacy of pride.…
