Now-a-days change is mandatory for each and every sector in the world, as the change is happening too fast as there is a increase of globalization and technological updates which is making it much faster than any thing. All the organizations are trying hard to change their pace as we can see that technological changes have not only affected the organization but also each individual because of its global reach, and the availability of the information is too much than it was before. As clearly stated in the article Managing Change Successfully by Eileen Brownell (Sep/Oct, 2000), “Change is inevitable.” Within every company in every industry, change exhibits growth. Without change, companies will become obsolete. With technology continually changing, organizations have restructured the inner-workings of the business. It has often been seen throughout history that when the United States government impedes on the rights of civilians, people tend to feel as though they are being stripped of their basic rights to life, liberty, and property. These basic rights are inalienable by law, according to the Declaration of Independence, and the government must tread lightly when making decisions in correspondence to them. In recent years laws and bills have been passed by legislation in regards to gun control with the intent of making the U.S. a safer place for all citizens who reside within its borders. However, the right to bear arms is protected by the second amendment and is highly favored by many American citizens making it a highly controversial topic. In the…

To achieve sustainable success, today and in the future, you must take advantage of change — whether planned or unexpected — without ever letting it sideline you.…

TQM is a management philosophy that seeks to prevent poor quality in products and services, rather than simply to detect and sort out defects. IF a single characteristic is most strongly attached to the TQM philosophy, it is prevention rather than detection. Like many of the philosophies tied o TQM, this is not a new concept. Recall a popular saying from Halliburton’s Wise Saws, first published a century and a half ago: “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” That wisdom says it all, from a TQM perspective.”…

“Change is inevitable, except from the Vending Machine” as the saying goes! Gone are the days that we were living in a linear world. We could predict and pre-act things in an orderly fashion. Today, we recognize that we live in a nonlinear world. We realize that changes sweeping the nations, economies and corporations are far deeper and longer-lasting. Being nimble, fast and change-ready has become a mantra for survival, if not for success. Capacity for change and transformation has become a key organizational capability.…
