Invention of the year 2009 “The Sixth Sense technology” is a invention to bridge the gap between intangible digital information and digital world. It is new innovative technology developed by Pranav Mistry of MIT. Sixth sense uses the internet into a sixth human sense. Sixth sense is a wearable gestural interface that augments the physical world around us with digital information and helps to interact with information with natural hand gestures. The Sixth Sense prototype is comprised of pocket projector, a mirror, camera, mobile wearable device. Both the projector and the camera are connected to the mobile computing device in the user’s pocket. The projector projects visual information enabling surfaces, walls and physical objects around us to be used as interfaces; while the camera recognizes and tracks user's hand gestures and physical objects using computer-vision based techniques. The software program processes the video stream data captured by the camera and tracks the locations of the colored markers (visual tracking fiducials) at the tip of the user’s fingers using simple computer-vision techniques.…

Benjamin Franklin wrote The Way to Wealth because he was frustrated that people were evading taxes, especially because these taxes were to invest in the people and city. Franklin explained that many people complained about the government’s taxes, but the real issue was that the lack of virtue taxed people much more. Throughout the rest of the book, the two ideas he tried to convey were that morality and public service were most important, and one should not be poor by working hard and hedge against risk (which is essentially an extension of the first idea).…

There is a new ultra-hard glass that I want that is strong as metal, which can help keep phone screens not crackable. Screens are bigger in some phones like Samsung, EE, Alcatel, Blackberry, Sony, and more. Some older models of phones like iPhone, Verizon, Android, and more have smaller screens than the new models because technology was less long time ago. The phone model that I like is the Asus FonePad 8. Asus FonePad 8 has a 8 inch screen making the screen very useful to read information from. The phone is like a tablet, but the difference is that the phone can make phone calls. The screen resolution of this phone is 1280 by 800 pixels. The talk time of this phone is 21 hours which is more impressive than most phones. The phone is an Android OS with a great storage of 8 GB or 16 GB. The phone can be held with one hand, so it can be taken by anyone to work as the screen is big enough to see information like…

At a high level, our design consists of two main parts: a glove and a base station. Operation of our device begins with the glove. A user wearing the glove can use hand tilt orientation and finger presses to operate the glove. The glove senses these user actions via two types of sensors: accelerometers and finger contact pads. After the glove's microcontroller processes the input data, it forwards a message a transceiver mounted on the glove unit. The transceiver then transmits this message wireless to a transceiver on the base station. The receiving transceiver forwards the the message base station microcontroller. Finally, the microcontroller converts the message into a computer HID user friendly format and moves the computer cursor appropriately.…

Abstract [Many tasks that are performed on the computer require the use of both a keyboard on the mouse, and many people find it frustrating and awkward to have to switch back and forth between them. The air mouse can be a great solution for this.] As computers have evolved from 66MHz to the 3+GHz today, the mouse has remained relatively unchanged. There have been only two major changes to the mouse since its inception: more buttons, and interface changes (PS/2, USB, Wireless) but the core interaction method has not changed. The touch pad mouse and the stick mouse have been designed for a laptop, but have not gained momentum outside of laptops.[ And most laptop users usually carry a USB mouse with the laptop as well.] The accelerometer based mouse can be treated as the new age input device. It is more natural in its feel and provides the user with better ease of use. The user interface of applications can be changed to utilize the free hand movement possible with the device.…
