COMPANY PROFILE

professionally managed and technology driven , has specialized in the manufacture of fin & tube type cooling & condensing coil & located at BHIWADI (Rajasthan).The company manufactures cooling & condensing coil for Air-Conditioner & Refrigeration industries with a capacity of 10,00,000 coils per annum.

has a significant presence in overseas market & having customers like B.S.H. Fedders (Germany), NIBE (Sweden), BLISSFEIEILD (U.S.A.), C.N.A. (Dubai) etc. Company is also successfully supplying coils to Indian market leading companies like Hitachi, Voltas, Carrier Aircon, Blue Star, Haier, Electrolux etc.

STATEMENT ABOUT THE PROBLEM As my organization is ISO-9001 certified company deals in manufacturing of heat exchangers coil. My project highlights the issues which an organization encounters in quality management which are very important from customer satisfaction point of view. Hence keeping in view theses specific points my Centre point of study is TQM (Total Quality Management)

WHY IS THIS PARTICULAR TOPIC CHOSEN
Being a quality engineer we need to focus on the product quality and customer satisfaction. The key ingredient in TQM is meeting customers’ requirements with continual improvements in product as well services. The important elements of TQM are integrated in this model. A Total Quality oriented organization must have at least following principal objective. Organization should have many more additional specific objectives. 1. Customer focus, customer delight/satisfaction. 2. Continuous improvement as a culture of the organization, which must be the way of life. 3. Focused, continuous and relentless cost reduction. 4. Focused, continuous and relentless quality improvement 5. To create an organization whereby everyone is working towards making their organization the best in its business, and to capitalize on the sense of achievement and working in a world-class
