Mr. Daley explained that Mr. Cairo was parked right next to him in dock door 43 with Nicole Express Tractor 101 and Trailer
5301. Mr. Daley explained that he pulled out from dock door 44 and the tail end of his trailer collided with the Nichole Express tractor 101. Security Supervisor Masser assessed the damage and found damage to the left front bumper, headlight and grill on the Nichole Express Tractor 101. No damage was found on the Swift Transportation Trailer 531069. Mr. Daley and Mr. Cario exchanged insurance information.
Security Supervisor Masser then consulted with Lost Prevention Specialist Corey green. About contacting the Pennsylvania State Police, due to the severity of damage. Security Supervisor Masser contacted the PSP at 11:14 P.M. to notify them of the incident. The Officer said that if Mr. Cairo’s truck is drivable and no one was injured, there is no report to complete. It was then determined by Mr. Cairo that the Nichole Express Tractor 101 was drivable. Photos were taken and all proper information was recorded. Security Supervisor Masser exited the truck yard with Amazon associate Jacquelyn Rose at 11:35 P.M. Video footage from incident can be reviewed from camera (South wall. C240 Port 1). Incident time frame was from 10:36 P.M. to the completion of the investigation 11:35 P.M. Video footage shows Mr. Daley pulling out from dock door 44 and colliding with Mr. Cairo’s Tractor.
