Trader Joes demonstrates the responsibility in each management process in several ways. The first step in the process is planning. They go about this by offering and selling high quality products for low prices. They deliberately carry a lot less inventory than most comparable stores in order to maintain the quality goods people want for the prices they want them at. Trader Joes has a set plan, that the employees wear Hawaiian shirts, hand out stickers and keep a casual environment.
