Secondly, Caleb should emphasis on the goals and main objective of the company, giving the staff members a better and clearer understanding on what is going on in the company that they are working in. Thirdly, is to study about what is the role of the staff members in the casino. The first issue is the housekeeping staff because it is causing customers to have to wait on their rooms until six in the evening. This can cause loss of revenue by customers moving to other casino hotels where they can check in at a reasonable time and this in turn could cause loss of revenue at the gambling tables. The first person I will meet with is the HR director, Tom Sneed, to see how the company process of hiring is done and if there is a job analysis directive with requirements and training procedures in place.…
