Category 4 on the SHP is termed begin with the end in mind. As the heading implies, this category emphasizes visualizing what you want to accomplish and setting a clear path to success. Goal orientation and visualization are strongpoints of mine. I often think about what my objective is, imagine myself reaching that objective, and then acting. This method works most of the time, but a lack of planning leads to unnecessary missteps and delays along the way.
