Transformational Leader
A transformational leader is one that is able to idealize influence through their personality such as using charisma, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation. Many motivational speakers are transformational leaders they are able to grab their audiences attention through their speeches. I am unfortunueately not a natural transformational leader. I feel I lack charisma due to my introvert personality. Some weaknesses I discovered during this exercise is that I am not a transformational leader I am not charismatic, social or talkative.
