Informative and well-reviewed. Transformational leadership is essential in nursing practice and provide direction to the betterment of patients’ recovery, goals, and objectives. I agreed with you that it is essential to have vision for the unit, provide direction for your team, and provide gratification for a satisfactory work. I also belief that gratification and acknowledgement are effective motivational factors that can increase self-confident, improves interventions, outcomes, goals, and objectives. The essence of nursing as a caring carrier will be achieved if the leader has a good vision and directive with a positive mindset with other workers. By working together as a team, most mistakes and under treatments will be averted.
