Jet2.com marketing is orientated at their brand logo “Jet2.com friendly low fears”. Jet2.com tries to sell their flights and holidays on their website. To achieve better sales Jet2.com uses different promotion, advertising and market research strategies.
Jet2.com uses full marketing mix to advertise. 97% of Jet2.com bookings are done online. It is important to have good website. It is designed using eye tracking studies conducted by research company SimpleUsability to know how customers respond to different parts of the website. It gives an idea what customers are looking for in their website. Je2.com website is gathering information through “cookies” this helps to improve the website so user can find the information they are looking for much easier.
