As you know we have already started celebrating festivals this year with Independence Day. There are many more to come in the ensuing year.
Therefore, it is directed to me by the Managing Committee to put the unanimous contribution of Rs. 1,250/- ( Rs. One thousand two hundred and fifty only) in the monthly maintenance bill of September 2013. If any member having reservations may please come forward with suggestions within seven days of receipt of this letter. Please cooperate and thanks in anticipation.

Yes our dearest BAPPA is coming on 09.09.2013 and we have to decide the course of action for his whole hearted greet.
A meeting is convened on Sunday i.e. today 01.09.2013 at 08.00 p.m. in the Ganesh Mandap.
