The ability of a team to work effectively is greatly influenced by the individual characteristics of the team members and their collaboration. Aim of this assessment was analysed this synergy and individual ability to work in Treetop nursery school. This nursery have a capacity for 40 children in range of age tree to five years. Is opened for 34 years and in year 2014 employed seven employee (see Fig 1).

One of them is Kevin Keane. His team working skills show lack of work collaboratively with others, inflexibility, inability to share his idea and knowledge with co-workers, disparaging of his colleagues. This skills are in contraindication with typical team working skills in childcare setting, like a work together, cooperate with others, etc. (Scottish government 2007). People with 'common goal, but necessarily feeling of responsibility for others are called members of group' (Stacey 2009:12). In this team was identified as a potential members of small group Sally, Kevin for their level of ambition, skills, knowledge and inability to communicate effectively with co workers. As a potential member of large group was identified Edna, Madge, Samira and Fiona, member of same gender, majority of group with age close to retirement. Fiona, Edna is included for her team work skills and professional attitude will improve all team dynamic (spirit) and maybe help her prolong time to the retirement by given her more responsibility and leadership in some of agenda of this team. Madge positive relationship with parents should be benefited for team. Fiona's hard working attitude and administrative skills and team working seeking will be advantages for new team. She will have a potential to become great full time practitioner like a replacement for Samira in a future. Time in this team will improve her experience in childcare setting, communication, confidence and afterword help her with stress managing.
