CM spoke to Pete Hardell (IIC) regarding services for Treshawn (youth). CM informed IIC that authorization has been approved for BA services for youth. IIC reports he will inform Dave Wilson (BA) of approval. CM faxed referral. IIC stated that youth has been a little better over the past couple of weeks. CM was informed that youth is having troubles with sleeping at night and DCP&P nurse reports to not give it currently medication to youth due to high dosage. IIC reports Mrs. Borders has been trying to get a different sleep medication prescribed and approved for Treshawn. IIC will continue to keep CM updated.
