Tribute Speech
Purpose: To honor the men and women who serve in the US military for their diligence and great sacrifices. I. INTRODUCTION A) The men and women who serve in the US military are people of great honor for their services. As most of us know, the US military have taken their duties diligently and kept this nation safe from terror attacks and threats. The USA military has served America diligently and sacrificed their lives to protect citizens. In addition, they have sacrificed their duties and lives to serve the people of America. They have chosen to leave the comfort of their homes and entertainment to serve our nation. Lastly, they have kept all enemies of the USA at bay, and eliminated all threats and terrorists. They have put their lives in line so as to ensure the safety of all citizens in the U.S. We should honor all the men and women who died while serving this great nation. B) Thesis Statement: the U.S military is a dedicated group of men and women who have served this nation with great motivation and courage, let us appreciate their sacrifices. C) Outline of main points: I. First I will acknowledge the diligence and the hard work by the U.S military. II. Secondly, I will appreciate and honor their services and sacrifices. III. Lastly I will honor the men and women in U.S military who lost their lives in the line of duty.
(Transition: Now that you know the topic, let us start by appreciating the sacrifices made by the U.S military). II. THE BODY I First, let us appreciate all the sacrifices made by the US military to ensure that our borders are safe.
II It humbles my heart to know when, I realize the magnitude of sacrifices that our United States military officers incur, in order to protect our lives, as well as our rights, and, freedoms. Gambling with your life or dying if exigencies, so demands are certainly commitments worth recognizing and honoring. This is a kind of attitude that cannot be ignored or taken
