The primary and core values of the Ethical Code, Conduct, Policies, and Procedures is to provide a daily practice with all children and the immediate families.
Our standard of ethical performance in early child care and education is uniquely based on our commitment to follow all core values of early child care and the education of each child. As we maintain our true core of ethics we also recognize that each child will be able to achieve their potential based on the learning, unique, and valuable process of their learning stages provided by our well trained staff.
The TrinTay Childcare Academy has set forth ethical policies for professional responsibility for each staff with during their times with children and their families. We acknowledge all responsibilities that our commitment to support our work, guidance, and best ethical course of action to take. Each staff must recognize and respect the individuality of each child and the potential they may have.

5. We shall not participate in practices that discriminate against children by denying benefits, giving special advantages, or excluding them from programs or activities on the basis of their race, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, language, ability, or the status, behavior, or beliefs of their parents [NAEYC, n.d.].
6. Each staff will be educated and trained about child abuse and the laws regarding reporting and documenting each incident.
7. No gifts will be exchanged for service render. All gifts will be documented and reported to the Director of the center. All services provided at the center is tuition-based payments in the form of cash, credit card, money order, and cashier
checks.
8. Maintain personal and professional integrity, develop skills and knowledge in order to work with competence, work co-operatively with colleagues, monitor the quality of services, and contribute to the development of the service and of policy and thinking in the field of childcare [ANCES, 2015].
9. Each provider/staff should not intentionally or take upon themselves to turn away a client/parent without giving a reasonable explanation. The Director must be notified immediately of the situation.
10. Each areas at the center should be clean and safe at all time.
11. All staff will abide to each policies and procedures of the center. And a copy of the policies should be given to each parent.

16. All personnel and family information should remain confidential not to be shared on social media sites, or among each other.
17. Any form of harassment is a violation of an employer and employee. It will not be tolerated and will not be used against any member of this company based on the color, national origin, sex, race, age, or gender preference.
18. TrinTay Childcare Academy will practice caring, admiration, trustworthiness, impartiality, respect, and responsibility.
All day-care centers should follow ethical policies, rules and principles. Day-cares and the professional staffs who work in this profession should be under extreme scrutiny. This is to protect the innocent children that is in the care of person working at the center. Each staff should have extensive training, seminars, practice test in order to deal with each child personalities and the parents as well.
