ASSESSMENT CONDITIONS:
1. The allocated time period for the preparation of this assignment will be six (6) weeks (In-class time in addition to your own time at home).
2. The genre / mode of the presentation will be an Inquiry-based research assignment. Your Research ITEM should address a clear Hypothesis, focus questions and be accompanied by a research notebook as evidence of progression through the inquiry-based research process.
3. The length of the research item should be a minimum of 600 – 800 words in length and should be presented in an appropriate written format (eg. Historical Essay genre OR Report Format complete with Bibliography and Appendices).
4. Full copies of your Research notes, Draft work and Final Research Essay must be submitted in a plastic sheet in the Assignment box by 3pm on the due date.
