In this analysis, I will discuss my Truity personality assessment, how I agree with the results and a few milestones that have brought me to my trait perspectives. In conclusion, I will apply the concepts of Freud, Erikson, Kohlberg and Piaget.
Based on my personality assessment test results from Truity.com I could be an extrovert or an introvert. The website said that my score was right on the borderline for the Extraversion VS. Introversion dimensions. My results stated that this dimension describes how I manage my energy. I was advised to have a look at both sides and sense which category I feel like I fall into.

Erikson’s eight psychological stages of development are built on a foundational theory of successful completion. Each completed stage yields a healthy personality and acquisition of basic virtues. Omission of one of the completed stages of development only generates an unhealthy sense of self. The eight stages are Trust vs. Mistrust, Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt, Initiative vs. Guilt, Industry vs. Inferiority, Identity vs. Role Confusion, Intimacy vs. Isolation, Generativity vs. Stagnation and Ego Integrity vs. Despair. (King, 2016) Importing Erikson’s ideals to my personality assessment results I can associate with Erikson’s intimacy vs isolation stage. Per Erickson this stage takes place in an individual’s life between the ages of 18 and 40. I am currently in my early 30’s yet I still have not found a husband. Erikson says that success at this stage leads to love. I fear that I have not tackled the previous five stages of portion of my personality that favors the Intimacy vs. isolation stage can be represented as the thinker dimension sublet in my Truity personality assessment. Moral development focuses on the emergence, change, and understanding of morality from infancy through adulthood. In the field of moral development, morality is defined as principles for how individuals ought to treat one another, with respect to justice, others' welfare, and rights. Kohlberg initiated his study of moral thinking by surveying women, men and children. The stages of Kohlberg’s moral development focused on these three broad levels; preconventional, conventional and the postcoventional. (King, 2016) The preconventional focuses on moral reasoning based on the primary consequences of a behavior and or punishments or rewards al from the external environment. (king,2016). The conventional stage of moral development focuses on the on the individual’s standards of reasoning by society and caregiver declarations.
