Bruce Tuckman stated that for any team to form as a group they require some time and the project manager should create an environment for all the members of the team to form as a group. Implementing the Tuckman’s model will always have positive impact on the team and the leadership too.

3. Norming
4. Performing
Forming:
This is the initial stage where all the team members join as a group where their roles and responsibilities were not fixed and the project manager should assign the team with minimal roles and responsibilities. All the team members will get to know each other. The project …show more content…
The team participates in all the fun activities their commitment is clear and concise. Individuals will be appreciated for their work and the team members will come to the normal behavior. The team works to achieve the project goals and objectives have strong goal to finish the project.
Performing:
In this phase, the project manager will not be more involved with the team members and they will be completely aware of their goals to be achieved. The responsibilities will be shared by the team members. There will be successive criticism for their work and the will have constructive feedback among other team members. The work flow of the project will be in good stage.

There are different ways for motivating the employees and the reasons for motivating the employees are if they are degraded and not motivated they cannot work and it will have impact on the other team members and finally adverse effects on the team and project.
