Sleeping on dirt floors and getting up at the break of dawn, going to sleep late in the day. Being demanded to do things that we immoral because he was thought to be property. Sadly some of the things that he had to endure while enslaved are still happening today in developing countries, but that slavery today is different. While Solomon was enslaved he was forced to manual ladder, which he had experience in doing, and wasn't getting paid. Today's consist of manual labor, which everyone believes it is but its also bedt dondage, traficking and child-marage. Solomon encountered the trafficking when he was kidnapped by his assailant “friends”, then was sold as a piece of property. With his first master he was treated like an animal, saw and heard of women we being used in wrongful manners then being sold to others and surel to be raped. If you go overseas to developing countries people are forced to do this but, the women are made to get pregnant and have children. after the mothers gives birth to these children it's anyone's guess of what could happen to them. Solomon endured seeing this done to people but he was brought to another person's demands and was treated like a human. His master was a very devout christian man. Now if a person is being enslaved no one will be peerson to treat them with kindness they are merely there to do what they are told to do. This is sickening because people are forcing children to get married when they probably can't comprehend what the meaning of the word means. Solomon has two other masers throughout his life but the first two show the opposite ends of the belief system.
While Solomon’s book brought up very widely discussed topics in american history, it did not change the fact the slavery is still part of some cultures
