Saving Renee was an event that triggered James to start TWLOHA. He was completely dedicated to present hope and find help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. He began this organization in 2006, struggling to make it off the ground. He sacrificed many things to accomplish his goals. As of 2011, the TWLOHA organization has raised over $850,000, which a large portion is used to bridge the gap between mentally ill people and the treatment they need. Without James’s dedication, mentally ill people that want to seek help in the form of a support group would go unheard. TWLOHA is a very determined organization, with their innovative ideas and strong work ethic they have partially achieved their goal.
