Two Reasons Why We Should Have Cloning
Cloning is a cell that could be made into the same animal that scientist want and scientist have used it and we have used it before for important things. Cloning is an eidetic a thing that scientist can copy and can help humans. The thing is some scientists think we should not have cloning so here are two reasons why we should have cloning. We should have cloning because is it can replace certain tissues. According to the National Human Genome Research Institute a website, Therapeutic is a type of cloning that could replace the skin if someone has injured their skin or skin that has a diseased tissue.
Why we should have cloning is because cloning animals do as much as its original animal. According to the National Human Genome Research Institute

Therapeutic Cloning- Therapeutic cloning is cloning that is performed for the purpose of medical treatment. It could theoretically be used to grow a replacement organ, for example, to generate skin for a burn victim, or to create nerve cells for someone suffering from brain damage or a neurological condition. The process is closely related to reproductive cloning, in which a copy of an organism is produced, but the two have very different end goals.…

Another infamous cult was Heaven’s Gate, who was lead by Marshall Herff Applewhite, Jr., nicknamed “Do.” Unlike Manson, Applewhite was very insistent with his beliefs and warnings to others. However, Applewhite was accepting of all people into his following, similarly as Manson was. Applewhite’s faith in the future was religiously based, centered around exterrestrial life and how UFO’s are the only way to go to the Kingdom of Heaven. In addition, he also believed that the only way to access the UFO’s were to commit suicide at a certain time. Robert Balch, a sociologist from the University of Montana, wrote Cults, Religion & Violence: Making Sense of The Heaven’s Gate Suicide, a novel discussing as to why the thirty-nine members of the cult…

When scientist clone a certain animal or thing they always do it for very different reasons and their ideals are different. “The advantage of therapeutic cloning in medical treatment is that it would allow doctors to grow replacements for missing and damaged parts for their patients.” (Positive And Negative Effects of Cloning” 7).…

There are some positives to cloning but only therapeutic cloning when it is used to replicate cells. Therapeutic cloning produces embryonic stem cells for creating tissues to replace injured or diseased tissues(3). This can be used to cure people not harm them. Artificial cloning can be good for the studies and discoveries that have been made but otherwise the animals that die are not helping anyone.…

Human Cloning is the creation of a genetically identical copy of an existing, or previously existing, human being or growing cloned tissue from that individual (Cloning Fact Sheet). Scientists remove the nucleus, which contains the genetic material, from an egg. The genetic material from an adult somatic cell is removed and placed in the egg. It now has a complete set of genes. The egg is placed in a petri dish to allow it to develop into an embryo, which is placed into a surrogate mother to continue to grow and develop into a baby (Genetic Science Learning Center). This technique is called nuclear transfer or nuclear transplantation because they transfer the nucleus from one cell to another (Kilner). Therapeutic cloning is a technique of human…

Clones could be seen as less than animals compared with non-clones” (Quinonez, blog.udemy.com). When I was reading I read that cloning is good for one good reason, to harvest the animal's organs. This idea is so inhumane, according (toblog.udemy.com) “While the cloning of body organs can be a great asset to extending human life, it could also cause a lot of malpractice. This could lead to a rise in malpractices within society.” First, scientist create these disgusting creatures and steal their organs for the purpose of human's life, that is just…

While a large portion of society do not believe that we should clone any species there is the portion that whole heartedly support the quest to prefect not only the cloning of animals but the cloning of humans. By cloning we can create new ways to fight diseases and other health problems by doing things like cloning a liver for a person whose is shutting down. Cloning can also help bring a species back from the brink of extinction due…

Over the years, science and technology have expanded to make it possible to create identical creatures. While new cloning technology is a great advancement, it raises a plethora of moral and ethical questions. Cloning may bring about new ways to find cures for babies, according to Philip M. Boffey, but cloning also “could usher in a new eugenics”. The problems produced from the prospect of cloning greatly outweigh the benefits.…

Cloning can change the way we live our lives. If we could perfect cloning we could do amazing things with science. For example, cloning could help out in many experiments. Maybe save lives by helping to find a cure for diseases by using a clone of someone you were examining, but died in the process. Like the movie “My Sister's Keeper”, in this movie the oldest daughter is diagnosed with Leukemia and the parents create a younger daughter that is almost an exact replica of her. The younger of the two is used for parts every time the older needs them. Cloning could be used a lot in situations like this. “I take the view that anything you can do to relieve suffering or improve human health will usually be widely accepted by the public - that is to say, if cloning actually turned out to be solving some problems and was useful to people, I think it would be accepted.” (John…

Cloning is useful on a bacterial level for doing all sorts of science related to DNA. Bacterial clone libraries are kept with every gene we find. Cloning on a larger scale would allow us to produce an organ transplant without worry of rejection from the host. Whole animal cloning is only useful for people who want the same looking pet they had that died or maybe you had a good steak and you wanted to clone that cow. The possible impact of cloning is improving the overall standards human beings. Cloning will do a lot for medical research. It will also challenge people’s ideas about life and about themselves. Disadvantage of the use of cloning are adding clones to the population would make things worse, world would eventually explode. Benefits of the use of cloning such as medical emergencies for an example if someone needed a heart or someone needed something donated or replaced. Cloned genes are also used to produce drugs, insulin, clotting factors, human growth hormone, and industrial enzymes. In 1952 scientists transferred a cell from a frog embryo into an unfertilized egg, which then developed into a…

Many people argue whether cloning is unethical or if through genetics the life span of a person may be improved. Human cloning creates questions about the soul, the role of god in society, and even the quality of life that a cloned person would have (Health Research Funding). Cloning is a number of different processes that produce identical copies of DNA. There are three different types of cloning: gene cloning, reproductive cloning, and therapeutic cloning. Gene cloning is the process where copies of genes or segments of DNA. Reproductive cloning is a copy of animals. Therapeutic cloning is embryonic stem cells for experiments to replace injuries or diseased cells. Cloning can be used for many reasons such as medical research, endangered or extinct species could be recreated, reproducing a loved pet that is deceased, cloning livestock for a higher quality milk or meat, and also…

n the baffling tales of “The Tell-Tale Heart,” “A Rose for Emily,” and “My Last Duchess,” the narrators give in-depth descriptions about the characters and their surroundings. The central theme in these tales comes frightfully alive early on in the stories, but still manages to produce a dramatic ending in every tale. In each of these three first-person narratives, the narrator’s motivation to tell the tale influences the credibility of the story, which makes the narrator’s point of view, credibility, and motives, surreal to the reader.…

To everyone in America probably the most used exercise in personal fitness is simply running. It is easy, simple, and extremely beneficial to do. With the increase of people who run professionally, recreationally, and for fitness a new issue as arose. That issue is the debate between running while wearing specially made running shoes or taking the “natural” approach and running barefoot or with minimalist running shoes. I recently read an article discussing, with evidence, this issue. The article gives reasons why barefoot running can benefit you better than shod running, but also that it is not for everyone.…

The most prevalent and observable argument to support cloning lies in the form of cures. For centuries people have suffered from the undesirable effects of genetic diseases such as Tay-Sachs and Cystic Fibrosis. If cloning is endorsed, scientists will be able to study a subject that houses one of these genetic disorders, isolating the single gene on which the mutation occurs. Next they would observe the clone of that person, discovering for what reason the irregularity did not occur in their genes. Armed with this valuable data, scientists could then begin to develop gene therapies that would work to alleviate the cause for these rare diseases. While disorders such as Tay Sachs are…
