DESCRIPTION
Each student is required to write a log report, describing about what he/she has learned from every lecture. This strictly means students cannot miss any lecture. Each student needs to write in 3 parts and submits at 3 different times throughout the semester. Marks for each report are 20. Total marks for the 3 reports are 60 and will be converted into 10 %.

* 1st Log Report (Covered chapter 1, 2 & 3) – 05th JULY 2011 * 2nd Log Report (Covered chapter 4, 5 & 6) – 02nd AUGUST 2011 * 3rd Log Report (Covered chapter 7, 8 & 9) – 23rd AUGUST 2011

Your group assignment should be completed with contents as below: 1. Cover Sheet 2. Table of content 3. 1.0 – Chapter 1 / 4 / 7 4. 2.0 – Chapter 2 / 5 / 8 5. 3.0 – Chapter 3 / 6 / 9 6. References 7. Appendixes 8. Evaluation form
Aspects included in the report: * Learning Reaction * Application to Working/ Personal Life.
FORMAT
Format requirements are as below: 1. Font – Arial 2. Font Size – 12 3. Double spacing 4. Number of pages – 3 to 5 pages (Cover Sheet, and table of content are not included) 5. Page Number – Bottom right 6. Margin – 1 inch for header, footer and right. 1.5 inch for left (binding area). 7. Binding – optional 8. Numbering format (e.g. 1.0, 2.0, 3.0)
CITATION AND REFERENCES
Students are strongly encouraged to refer as many as other organizational behavior books, articles, newspapers and other references in completing this assignment. CITATION is needed and any actions of PLAGIARISM will be awarded with ZERO MARKS.
